Admissions Criteria for Part-Time Engineering Degree
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Have at least 2 years of full-time work experience or are in full-time employment at the point of application
- Operationally ready NS men are welcome to apply
- Local Polytechnic Diploma
Subsidy options are available as below:
A. MOE Subsidy
MOE Subsidy is not automatically awarded. Eligible students are required to apply.
Singapore Citizens (SCs) 21 years and above enjoy subsidies on the published course fee while SCs aged 40 and older receive an additional reductions in the published course fees payable after the initial tuition fee subsidy.
Singapore Permanent Residents (SPRs) 21 years and above will also enjoy subsidies on the published course fee
Current students enrolling in current NTU Part-time Degree Programmes may download and complete the MOE Subsidy Declaration of Eligibility Form to apply for the subsidy.

B. SkillsFuture Credit
From Jan 2016, all SCs aged 25 and above will receive an opening credit of $500 as SkillsFuture Credit. These credits will not expire and will be topped-up by the government at regular intervals. SkillsFuture Credit can be used on top of existing government course subsidies to pay for a wide range of approved skills-related courses.

For part-time degree in B.Eng, there is only one intake each year in August and registration will open in December and close in mid-February of the following year.
Successful applicants will get the notification of offer from April onwards each year.
